02. Information & purposes
You can browse this portfolio without creating an account. When you submit the contact form, your name, email address, selected subject, and message are processed by this website’s server and sent to contact@noucairzemrani.com using the hosting provider’s authenticated email service.
I use this information to respond to your inquiry and discuss potential work. The form does not create a message database. Your message is retained as email correspondence. Please avoid sending passwords, API keys, or confidential client information.
The website uses a short-lived session cookie to protect contact submissions. It also stores a keyed identifier derived from your connection address and submission timestamps to limit abuse. Message content and raw IP addresses are not stored in those rate-limit files. Hosting and email providers may separately process technical logs to operate and secure their services.
03. Providers & cookies
This portfolio does not add advertising trackers, tracking pixels, or analytics. A necessary session cookie protects the contact form. Fonts use your device’s system fonts.
The site is served by the hosting provider selected by the operator through a cPanel-managed web hosting account. The hosting provider may process request information and security logs under its own policies. If a delivery or security proxy is configured for the domain, that provider may also process connection data. Portfolio email is handled through the hosting provider’s mail service. These providers may process information outside your country.

04. Retention & protection
No contact-message database is maintained by this website. Email correspondence is retained as needed to respond to inquiries, maintain a professional relationship, or meet applicable recordkeeping obligations. Rate-limit identifiers expire after one hour and stale files are periodically removed during form use. Provider-managed logs and account data follow the relevant provider’s retention practices.
Reasonable care is taken with correspondence and published information, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security.
05. Your choices & rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information held by me, or object to its processing where applicable. Email contact@noucairzemrani.com with your request. Sufficient information may be needed to verify that the request relates to you.
Applicable law may provide additional rights or exceptions. For information about personal-data rights in Morocco or how to raise a concern, visit the CNDP website. For information held independently by external services, contact those services directly.
